“What Heaven Sees in You” was first written for the Draper, Utah 16th Ward. Sherry was in Young Women's at the time and we were asked to sing a song for their Evening of Excellence that could capture the theme of the "Three White Dresses" in a woman's life; namely, a blessing dress, baptism dress, and temple or wedding dress. We couldn't find any lds music that addressed both the worth of women as well as included the dress theme, so we decided to write a song ourselves!
